Incredible customer service. In our experience they have gone above and beyond for us. We feel very safe keeping our vehicles there as they have great security on site.Anytime we have had any sort of question or issue - they have addressed it immediately and with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I will never go there again I had my dads boat there for a few months but I sold it on the 17th of December and I phoned in right away to cancel my spot and they told me it was canceled so I didn't think nothing of it then I go check my credit card today and they still took off the money for January even though I canceled it in December then I phoned to ask for the money back and the first lady I spoke to hung up on me then I phoned back and I wasn't happy but then they told me it's because I didn't give a month notice I will never recommend or even use this place again
