I have always found that if you required the services here, such as applying for OW or a housing emergency. They have been much better then I ever anticipated a government agency

So annoying that you have to run half way across the city to hand in papers every month cause they do not have computers you can utilize at there establishment anymore just want to print off my stuff as in reality not everyone has a computer -_- this I this is super inconvenient and if you accidentally fill out the green sheet wrong they make you refill it out .... also when they say there going to call you back in 5 minutes they don't

Why does OW not send you the tax forms you need to file income tax? It is clearly 'income' but apparently it is one me to ask for this? Fine. Except as the years go by it has gone from a one phone call process to being transferred to 8-9 people(including people who literally have no ability to help - you transferred me to the 'Municipal Property Tax Department' - I do *not* own property, am I asking for tax forms that IMO you should have sent out as a matter of standard practice). If they can't resolve this by the end of the call, I will assume I do not need to declare it.
