A great restaurant that once was! I've been eating at this Chinese restaurant for over 20 years! I remember waiting at their Dorion location as a little boy as my mother bought us a special Chinese dinner, and we waited as the owner chatted away with her until the food arrived. Then they moved and although smaller the food was just as good! And once again they moved this time to Ile Perrot. And once again I noticed no changes in the quality.But over the last few years it's been in a decline and this evening was the final straw! The rice tasted frozen and old,. The won ton's in the won ton soup had lost all integrity and basically we flavorless mush. The hunan dumplings followed perfectly in the soups footprints,. Could have called it flavorless sauce with disintegrating dumplings and I still would have been disappointed. The vegetables were vegetables. The only part of the meal that has maintained any resemblance of the past and a restaurant in it's prime is the general tao, which I will assume must be made fresh.A friendly smile greets you when you come in,. But it's the disappointing efforts from the kitchen staff to make you a proper meal that stays with you when you leave.I just hope the original owners aren't around to see such an amazing legacy crumble.

This was the first evening we ever ordered from this restaurant. We were all completely disappointed. The food was flavorless and soggy. It was all oily and in all honesty I am terrified to have food poisoning. The taste was completely off and far from any real Chinese food.Overall not a great experience. Save your money.

New owners. Good Chinese food, but on the sweet side. More spices and vegetables would be good. Reasonable prices.

The food didn't really have flavor and was way too oily. Thai express is better and cheaper, even though it's a chain the meals there taste like something.

We love this place. The food is always fresh and tasty. Service can be a little slow at times but it's still worth the wait. Our favorite food combination to order is the house special delicious!

I ordered out their chow mein with some peanut butter dumplings and everything was amazing and fresh. Generous portions and decent prices. Takeout bag was well sealed and kept the food warm.Although if you want spicy food, I recommend saying that you want a lot more spice than usual. Would definitely order again :)

A local gem for sure.I've been going to Les Huit Tresors for a few years now and I've enjoyed it every time I've attended. One of the best lunch deals (during the week) that I've ever seen, getting 2 appetizers and a main course for < $10! Service is always on point, props to the waitresses here.Highly suggested for anybody looking for some chinese food on their radar

I have been ordering from here for a few years now and always enjoy the freshness of their food. I was very disappointed on Saturday the 10th.My chicken soo guy was mummified I had to throw it out, my eggrolls were oozing with grease and my Fried won ton was way too deep friedVery disappointed with my order.

It has been 2 hours and a half since we ordered. They told us 45mins-1hr, which we politely waited, then after 1.5 hrs we called and they said it wasn’t done being made. We called again after 2 hrs. They said it just left, and when we said we were displeased and don’t plan on calling again the woman who answered the phone responded with “oh well” and HUNG UP ON US. We were not rude or belligerent. I worked in a restaurant and most people tend to complain after half an hour, and rudely. Moreover, I’ve worked customer service for a long time, and I can say that is not the way to treat a customer.TERRIBLE SERVICE. Very disappointed.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
