Reserved table clothes for my wedding received a call from them the DAY before and was told my linens were given away. With no suggestion or resolution. Worst customer experience ever. Will never go there and will go out of my way to make sure future customers are away of how terrible they are. Thankfully Vails stepped up and saved my reception.

Brought a dress to get it pressed. They completely ruined it. Brought it back and they said they were going to try and fix it. I'm not looking forward to going to get it tonight. wedding is in 3 days and I'm the maid of honor....

The customer service is awful. The person I dealt with was surly and rude. I went there because my regular dry-cleaner was closed and I most certainly won't be returning.

Dad went to drop off my dress, the women said that the sequens would barely go away during the cleaning. That said it seemed fine to trust them. We went to pick up the dress, which we payed for before seing. After paying she brought the dress out and the dress was ruined. There were small rips all over and the sequens were completely gone, we told her our worries about this and she said she noticed my dad when he dropped off the dress (which she did not). Now im left with no dress one week before prom..

Brought in a one month old comforter To remove a small blood spot the size of the end of a Qtip. To my surprise the cost was 30.49 but then my daughter wanted it removed so i went ahead with getting it cleaned.To my surprise today when i picked it up the stain was still there but lighter and several teal colored spots were now on the bedspread :(So i asked where did this come from and the the reply was well we don’t clean it Alone so the color came from another comforter.She did not apologize or offered to refund the cost of the cleaning and overall was not extremely friendly.I am a business owner and that does not even come close to adequate customer service.Please consider bringing your goods elsewhere to be cleaned!

I needed a suit dry cleaned for the next morning they got it done for me the same day I brought it in! Thank you it was much appreciate

They always do a great job with our dry cleaning.

First time experience with any type of drycleaner, was surprised with the work, came out better then expected aswell as paid less then expected. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
