I truly wish there were more companies like Access Storage - Smithville! Beginning with my first call to this company I was treated with prompt, polite & knowledgeable representatives from the get go!Just when I couldn't ask for more I then had the pleasure to speak with Lynda who was a true Gem to work with. Lynda answered all my questions completely and professionally and made me feel like I was their best customer....even though this was my first encounter Access Storage.Thank you Lynda for going the extra mile in helping me with my specific storage issue!! Access Storage has very helpful and knowledgeable staff that are well trained and ready to help you obtain a storage unit for your belongings and go above and beyond the typical responsibilities of any employee to ensure their customers are well taken care of and needs are met. Lynda and Patrick ensure they maintain communication with their customers and are extremely helpful and positive when dealing with them. It was a relief to see this kind of customer service at a storage facility after having dealt with other storage places when moving after 30 years in the same house. You are in great hands when you work with the team at Access Storage Beamsville.
