No regrets… purchased slightly used vehicle from 1600 km away. Excellent experience. Jody in sales was great providing honest and accurate information over the phone and patiently answered all of my many questions. He worked around my schedule to make arrangements to purchase and pick up. This included having the driver (Ted) pick me up in Edmonton (on time and friendly). Pickup day detailing was “as new” and Wyatt in sales was helpful in closing the deal. Vehicle was above and beyond what was promised and it was well worth the trip. Long drive home, but I would not hesitate to purchase from Ponoka Chrysler again.

The service department was very helpful and I received first class chauffeur service. The personalized service was excellent and delivered in a very friendly manner both by the service department and the “ chauffeur “

My experience with Karin in the service dept, was super! The tech that worked on my truck followed thru with getting it out the door as promised by a certain time. Having any down time with a truck that works for living, is always stressful. Look forward to a new working relationship with this store.

Our truck went in for a recall and came back to us with the console settings completely changed, trailer brake settings changed (almost put the trailer in the ditch with a horse in it because that trailer setting was changed from light to heavy electric), and the navigation system not working at all. But because we didn't buy the truck there or get the last two services done there (we do them ourselves) they are unwilling to fix the nav system that was working when the truck went into their shop. Service manager won't answer or return our calls. And the truck was under warranty when this happened. Guess 20+ years of going there doesn't count for much these days.

In all honesty. At one point I had to wait two weeks before the salesman contacted me. It’s been over 4 weeks now and the deal is not 100 percent complete. My Insurance company is having a hard time with getting the proper papers required to insure the vehicle they sent me. Nothing they promised was delivered and I received a damaged vehicle. I’m ready to take further actions on Ponoka Dodge Chrysler in Alberta. I’ve given them chance after chance to rectify all issues with this deal. Beware what you wish for folks. I’m not some dumb Indian you can take advantage of. Zero stars(sorry not sorry)

Jody in Sales had all the answers and looked for the best deal and gave a great price on my trade. Chantel in Finance was awesome to work with and very customer friendly. Felt in goods hands with Ponoka Chrysler Dodge.

Had an awesome experience my first time with the Service Department. I was in a huge rush, trying to get my truck going to head up North to work. It had to be towed to Ponoka Chrysler. Karin was extremely helpful, got the vehicle going and out of their shop by the following morning.Ended up partially being a recall issue so she didn't even charge me!!Couldn't ask for faster, better, more effective service.Thanks so much Karin!
