A big shout out to Tess in the parts department. Had a problem with wrong part mistakenly taken from the yard by delivery person which was meant for someone else. She went above and beyond to track down the part and personally delivered to my door on her own time and expense. Professional, friendly service Carrier should be proud of this employee. Thanks.

Everything is perfect work get done so quick, customer service beautiful, only problem I had there's no WiFi for guest which is wired for me. First Time know carrie center have no WiFi for guest that's the reason I put three Stars. Other than that everything is awesome

It's okay. But I had to take back my international truck back for check up amd repairs multiple times. Expensive but got my truck fixed. Let's see if I get any issues

After having my semi tractor in their shop for 9 days only a hand full of issues were resolved and two new issues with the truck came to light. Two visits later and just over $6,000 spend on parts and labor my truck is still not operating properly.

Excellent service at fair prices. Lots of parking space. Service is willing to go the extra mile to keep you going. After you purchase a truck from them they continue to be super suportive.
