I called looking for a specific type of fireplace, and they did not carry it....however, he called ME back and suggested an alternative that could work - although there was no benefit in it for him. If you can, use these guys!

I had an appointment, which they called to change. I waited half an hour past the scheduled appointment time on the new day. When they didn’t show I called and was told my appointment was for the original day. They then offered to send someone over in 10-15 mins. Two hours later, still no one showed.Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.

An excellent experience with Vanox! We needed the glass pane replaced on our gas fireplace. I contacted multiple companies, and confidently decided on Vanox. Firstly, it was the best price (nearly half of other quotes); secondly, Alex is very flexible and accomodating; thirdly, he is very knowlegeable! I will recommend him to anyone who has fireplace needs, no question ;)

Don't hesitate to call this company. They are exceptional for customer service and are very fair in their pricing. Fast response time and pleasant people...even during Covid. It is so refreshing to get a job done in a timely, efficient manner - I only wish all service providers could be like Vanox.Keep up the great work!

Wonderful experience today with Alex! He came to service my fireplace and possibly to install a thermostat or remote. He thoroughly cleaned everything inside and out. He got the fan working which I’ve never used. After discussion, he suggested that the thermostat was a better way to go, and that the remote wasn’t worth the extra money in this case. Such a treat to have someone who is professional, clean, and takes pride in his work! I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone. Thanks Alex!

Alex went above and beyond for us. A different company was unable to source a part we needed. We reached out to Alex and he quickly sourced the part. He also made the repairs within the week and less than the other company had quoted. Alex will be our go-to fireplace guy!

I have been a Port Moody resident for 12 years. We required maintenanceon our gas fireplace. I had serious problems with the first company that I called and finally told them to get out! I researched many on line Company's and decided to contact Vanox Fireplace. This Company is without a doubt the finest, most professional and well priced . All they do are fireplaces!. I had the wonderful experience of dealing with Alex. He was very prompt in replying to me and in making a time to meet. He provided me with his cell number and we texted often including the time he would arrive.On his arrival, he quickly assessed the problem with our fireplace, and resolved the issue on the spot. There was no need for a second visit as he had the items we needed within his truck.His expertise, diligence, fabulous service and true integrity are the reasons I will call Alex again for a fireplace or for any future fireplace issues.
