Non-existent customer service. We went on a weekday where there were only a handful of customers. Waited at the change rooms as staff didn’t pay much attention to us. As one finally made their way over, they continued to ignore us as they walked past, into the change room area. They stood at the table, looking down, pretending to be busy. When we asked for a room, they simply stated “oh, just go into the first one (duh).” without asking how many items we had, or even a proper greeting back. Not a great experience. At some point you have to realize that cheap service translates to cheap brand.

Returns to the store is almost like going through an interrogation, always had a bad experience. As if I stole it from someone and returning it, returns are anyway going back to the credit card, how is it going to hurt anyway?Rw & Co is not the only brand I shop from, I shop from other brands and stores, they sound so polite and not offensive at all.why do you guys sound so offensive? Your customer service and policies suck big time!My husband and I were a great fan of RW stores but not anymore!

Best place for cloths, the quality standard is great and staff is very helpful. I had great experience shopping here. They do have good discount at some times.
