A family member of mine had knee surgery. Day of surgery she was waiting there 3 HOURS and then 3 hours later a nurse came to tell my family member he went home" WENT HOME!! Had to wait for another surgery date! After new date and surgery was done. There was a fall and also a worry of blood clotting. Of course he never got back to my family member after manyy
