I took my mother shopping at the Bayshore location, and helped by one of the managers Jana.Despite a busy shop, and a full plate she was incredibly attentive. My mother is often unsure of what clothing best fits her body type, and Jana went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. She made many helpful suggestions, and my mom was over the moon when we left.

Accessibility: Some smaller aisles, unsure if wheelchair accessible change room. Bathrooms accessible except no automatic button.Your standard Old Navy with lots of sales and colours.June/23 5★-Very busy on the weekend but staff were patient and helpful.-Lots of sales and very well stocked in sizes.-Same as usual the store could use some tidying.-For parking I go up to P3 and into the closest entrance. Bayshore Mall always has some parking available with their multi-level garage.-They have a great return policy and are kind/courteous during returns as well.

Had some returns and was ready to get the cashier rolling her eyes. What a pleasant surprise to be attended by the super nice, polite and competent lady called Dona! Thank you Dona, you made our experience wonderful to the p o int that we stayed longer and bought 12 more items in the store! She is a keeper!

Purchased a pair of leggings that I thought were on promotion. Was charged full price at the cash. Went back to inquire if pair was on promotion. Manager Liz explained it was a different style separate from what was purchased that was on promotion; however, she would honor the promotion. She refunded me the difference without hesitation whatsoever. She was so kind. I am extremely impressed with Liz’s customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer! :)
