EasyPark Lot 4

Car was broken into overnight. Seems like a common occurrence at this lot. There was even security on site. I don't see how this happens. Would not recommend parking here.

this says 24hrs but its not. i was locked out of my car until 6am with many other people who did the same. they would not answer the phone. terrible.despite their response here, there were absolutely no instructions anywhere on how to access the lot after hours. i spent hours looking for any.

Car has had a window smashed at this lot TWICE over the past couple of years, both at night. Before you ask: nothing valuable was left in the car either time.

Security here is too friendly and helpful I got ticket yet I paid for my 2hours then I talked to Garda’s guard then he tried to solve it and give me solution to overcome

Car was broken into along with 3 others. Got locked out from reaching my car after 11pm so not 24 hr. Expensive for a park that is not secure and has no cameras

The car got broken into and stuff stolen. No cctv and was told by customer service this happens if you leave something in the car !!! ....Avoid this place at all cost .

Had both our front windows smashed in parking here overnight on vacay, and had a VERY windy 5-hour drive home! No items visible to tempt a break-in but they really tore it apart. Apparently people sneak in and just hang out in the stairwells waiting - if you do brave it, we hear it's best to park as far away from the stairwell doors as possible.They do have security on-site (who are great and will help with filing the police report and everything) but they can't be everywhere all the time, and this area has so, so, so many homeless/addicts roaming around at all hours. The streets are full of them but if you can snag a spot on the street I'd recommend that over the garage. $30 quickly turned into a whole lot more.

I think the City of Vancouver really needs to take another look at the Easypark's management. At least from the way that the company responded to negative reviews, I don't see anything good at all.
