Silver Sage Beef

I can only speak of the final retail product sold at the farmers markets. Several times I have had to return product due to freeze damaged beef cuts. Excuses provided ranged from last year's product" and "recently broken freezer". I've also purchased several packages or ground beef that was labelled "lean". I beg to differ. This was the most fatty ground beef I've ever had in my home. I think the business needs to focus on their butchering side of the business."

Just ate here and it was delicious!! Meat is so soft and tender. Cooked to perfection! I had the roast beef melt, definitely recommend it! It was really messy, ended up having to eat my sandwich with a fork and knife which was no matter. They also aren't stingy with the meat, my sandwich was fully loaded! Its a bit pricey ($10-$14 per sandwich) but definitely worth it. I can't wait to go back and try their burgers.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service and quality from Silver Sage. Their dedication to high quality grassfed beef (and sourcing other meats) keeps me coming back. I struggle to enjoy beef bought at a grocery store since discovering Silver Sage several years ago. Hard to go wrong with one of their Tomahawks.We have done orders on several occasions and they always impress. Especially the prime rib roast this past Christmas!

Silver Sage is the only place I purchase meat. Feeding my family top quality meat that has been humanely raised on the land and free from hormones and antibiotics is important to me. The frozen burgers that are perfectly seasoned are a favourite. Staff are very knowledgable on the various cuts of meat and helpful with cooking suggestions. Highly recommend!

I want to tell you about their CHICKEN! That's right. You read that correctly. Silver Sage is now selling chicken! It is on par in quality 100% with their fantastic beef. You won't find a better more juicy selection of chicken products. There is so much meat on the bone you can't have more than 2. It is magnificent! I havent had chicken drumsticks so full of meat....well ever. If you want chicken that doesn't shrink into nothing while you cook it Silver Sage has the top quality chicken you've been searching for. Try it. You can thank me later. Or thank them - for giving you the chance to experience the delicious chicken products they now provide. You won't find a better cut of meat!Also - if you haven't tried the Chimmys Mayo they carry your missing out. It really takes every meal to the next level. Get that Chimmys Mayo! I have been going to Silver Sage for many years. I have never been treated so well (they also treat my parents amazing as well!). They go above and beyond with any special orders I have and their product is outstanding. I look forward to my weekly visits to see them and would not buy my meat anywhere else. They have a customer for life!

Amazing beef! Always fresh and and so much flavor! Highly recommend visiting the new storefront. It's in a great location with a very welcoming vibe. Customer service is great! Very knowledgeable staff that cares about quality and is very proud about their product!
