I had a great experience with Aire One East for my furnace and air conditioner purchase and install. Tony in sales is very organized and thorough. The install team got the job done quickly and left my place tidy. I am very happy with the service I received.

I worked with Tony or my ac and furnace installation and he was a charm to work with. He patiently answered all my queries. I cud tell that he was very knowledgeable from the way he closely inspected installation area and noted everything down so that the installation guys don't miss anything. He was in constant touch with me over sms and phone and also visited post installation to see how everything was set up.I am really very happy to have found them to do this job for me. They have a very professional team and I will definitely recommend their services to everyone. :-)

I contacted Aire One East Heating and Cooling because they are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and Award Winner. We met with Tony to discuss a Hybrid heating and cooling system to replace our older Carrier Infinity Furnace and Trane Air Conditioner. Tony is very personable, professional, knowledgeable and results oriented. He listened attentively to our concerns and requirements and provided a quote on a high quality (Carrier) hybrid heating and cooling system at a very reasonable cost. Tony educated us on the existing government rebates and how to take advantage of them to reduce our cost.Paul and Shelia were assigned the task of removing the existing system and installing and programming the new one. What a great team! They worked efficiently and diligently, cleaning up along the way, as they progressed through the removal and installation process.We are extremely happy with our decision to acquire the services of Aire One East and at the speed of which they reacted to our concerns. It is very obvious that customer satisfaction is their primary concern and that they have been successful in assembling an effective management team.

I solicited quotes for a heat pump installation for the Greener Homes program and I am very happy I found Tony at Aire One East Heating & Cooling. Out of the four other quotes that we got for our house, his recommendation made the most sense and reasonably priced. The installation team of 3 led by Patrick were on-time, efficient, respectful, kept us informed and done in half the time allotted. We are very happy with our new heat pump as it keeps the temperature constant throughout all the levels of our home. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Aire One East.

Excellent and professional company. Very polite both during the communication process and installation process in my home. Courtney was excellent in giving me a satisfactory quote. The installation team was very polite and stayed later in case I had questions. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone. Installation completed Feb 27, 2023. No problems at all with the furnace since then.

I am thankful that I called this company and Tony Edwards a honest and knowledgeable sale guy saved us 25k by not selling us something that we already have.We bought this new house that has only baseboard heaters and AC units in each room. Hence, to save on our hydro bill we were shopping for ductless heat pumps. We had number of people who visited our house to inspect and they had provided us with a quote 16k to 40k to get the ductless heat pumps to the house. We dint know the AC units we had in our house are heat pumps until Today when Tony dropped by our house. He first walked back of our house to check our AC units to find out that we already have the ductless heat pumps installed in our house by the previous owner. He gave us the great good news and saved us about 25k. He dint try to upsell anythings else. In the last couple of months we had Four other sales man who came to inspect and provided us the quote but never attempted to find out and let us know we already had heat pumps or I am not sure if they tried to sell us something that we already have.

We have had Aire One East technicians attend to our annual furnace and air conditioner maintenance check-ups for almost 10 years. They are always prompt, and do a thorough job, making sure the air conditioner is washed out and ready to go. They answer any questions we have. We are very satisfied with their work.
