Amica Erin Mills is an amazing retirement residence. It offers exciting interactive programming, exercise, and is a true life of leisure. The friendly staff are amazing and like a family making Amica Erin Mills feel warm and welcoming to everyone who crosses the door. 100% recommend

Volunteered here for a few months, and the employees and supervisor were horrible to all the volunteers. Some cried, had panic attacks, were discriminated against. The list goes on and the employees would bully the volunteers and make up lies and rumours about them and made to look bad.When speaking up, the supervisor was rude, laughed and said we were lying. They have a bad reputation for treating volunteers like scum. If you ever volunteer here please be mindful and if you can, volunteer somewhere else!

The best retirement home in the Mississauga area! The staff working here are phenomenal and caring. They are the heart and soul of this building. Amica treats all their staff excellent. In turn, they care and support the residents who live here like family. Always the best care. There are many activities and events, lots of opportunities for residents to socialize and enjoy their time. The food here is amazing! Like eating in a 5 star restaurant. Amica Erin Mills is a wonderful place to work, live or visit your loved ones. Highly recommend.

The nursing, admin, management and kitchen staff are very helpful and accommodating to custom needs.It's a great place for senior residency. It's a very clean and secure complex. All staff are very friendly.

Amica Erin Mills is a great place to LIVE and WORK. The residents are top notch. Fun and diversified ~ they bring so much life to the building.The TEAM is just that....and amazing team who come to work everyday to be in service ~ in service to the residents and in service to each other. True team work at it's very best!

This home is a beautiful property with wonderful staff who genuinely care about everyone inside, whether they call it home, work or are visiting to see a loved one or friend.Between the well planned meals, programs, amenities and more this is a home that does not disappoint.

Wonderful staff, very pleasant folks. Food choices are really good. Chef is great at mixing up the menu. Nursing staff are very caring. Undergoing renovations currently which will only enhance the property.
