If you want to make your life miserable go there . Employees are not trained they have no knowledge about telus and selling telus phone. They sold me phone saying I have Roam like home and employee forgot to add to plan and keep saying I have it and later one day traveling to USA gives me charges of $500 and worse thing is even high level customer service manager refused to reverse charges even after acknowledging their employee mistake. One more thing even customer service is not trained at all. I am very disappointed and looking into going back to rogers .

I switched from Rogers to Telus last week and the service I received from Adrian was great. He was knowledgeable and patient. Aaron and Jordan were super knowledgeable and helpful too. Highly recommend these guys!

We received EXCEPTIONAL service from Ali at this Vaughan mills location. He was extremely patient, accommodating and helpful when we traded in our phones. We were very impressed in the way he assisted us in getting a plan, with which we were very happy, and in setting up our devices. Haven’t seen or had service like that in a long while! Thank you, Ali! Keep it up!

I activated an account at this location, 7 days later the service wasnt stable so i removed the sim from the phone, did a restart and lost it. I went back to this location and the representative was aaron, he provided poor customer service. As it was getting closer to closing hour he hurried me out the store so they can close.I would not recommend this representative or this location for service.

Went to this Telus Vaughan Mills location to get assistance with SIM card and phone upgrade. I dealt with Darvan. He was extremely helpful, and fixed my phone. He answered all my questions and had a great deal of patience. A very pleasant employee. Telus is lucky to have Darvan as an employee. I would absolutely go back to deal with Darvan.

Absolute horrible service. The manager was not helpful. I was at the store for 1.5 hours and the guy couldn’t even get my bill paid so I can get a new phone.They wouldn’t take cash or debit/credit and they said their system was working. Never go here never use Telus. Absolute trash company and no service. They hire people who are incompetent for a reason

Completely useless staff. Unable to help me with my phone return when I was told by Telus that it could be returned at the store. Wasted my whole time. Save your money and don’t do business with Telus.
