Canine Country Club

We had our 6 month old puppy in for the weekend and will not be returning. I had to chase her down via email that she blamed on tech issues (no problem, benefit of the doubt) so she gave me her cell number. I texted once per day to check on things and didn’t get a reply for 5-6 hrs and the only update was that he pooped in the kennel and that her kennel assistant said he was good. Perhaps the kennel assistant should be manning customer service with boarding families so they can be assured that their dogs are acclimating well. I’ve boarded my older dogs before (at a different facility that is now closed) and this was a vastly different experience…

I trust Zoe, she looked after my 4 dogs for more than a week, her pricing was more than fair and my dogs were handled with care and experience. One of my dogs is more difficult then most, I was pleased to here he didn’t cause her to much grief.

My dogs have the best time here. We first took advantage of training help from Katherine and from there have kept coming back whenever we go away. I love that the dogs wear GPS collars even when on leash in the forrest and the photos and videos we get show all the fun they have. I got to see my dogs hike route on the map of the area, very cool to see where they went and know they had so much fun. We will be back when the dog pool opens for more fun. If we lived in the area we would be sending our dogs there every day, they love it and don't want to leave.

we've had to board last minute for Christmas to see our family which is unheard of--Zoe bent over backwards to accomodate us..The 4 pups were happy!

Nice big pool for the pup to cool down and excercise... he had a great time!

Great experience, very friendly, knowledgeable. Appreciate the extra measures of caution with the GPS trackers used to ensure the whereabouts and safety of the dogs.

Does anyone know for sure if the dogs she boards actually leave their kennel and get some playtime in the yard or walks? There seems to be no way to tell. Please share your experiences.
