Crystal is very knowledgeable and professional but also makes you feel comfortable. I was referred to her by a close friend who raves about her and she didn’t disappoint! The salon is very clean and she’ll go through everything as she does it, and you’ll see her use brand new and sterilized tools.

Wow, wow, wow! Let me just tell you I didn’t know the first thing about botox but I stumbled across a Facebook ad and suddenly I’m driving to Shelburne! My anxiety was through the roof and nurse injector Crystal was a rock star. Not only did she explain everything. (And I mean everything… because I always have a million questions) she was so polite, professional and just amazing. If you are on the fence about trying any services you must do it!! You won’t regret it. 10/10 I will do it again. She also did a follow up! Talk about going above and beyond.

Crystal is an absolute pro at what she does. Full of knowledge and educated the client about everything to do with the procedure. Crystal is professional, kind and very very accommodating when booking procedures. She has an eye for what she does, has always listened to exactly what outcome I am looking for and has never been “pushy” about doing more like other places I have been to. Every procedure has been done with absolute care and professionalism and my results have been amazing. Botox, under eye filler and lips all done so flawlessly that I look fresh without looking “fake”
