We had a series of events for which Skcookks careered for and they went above and beyond! The rice and chicken/beef/plantain/Kak's chicken was absolutely delicious, and every single person loved it. They usually don't open as early as we needed it, but they came through and the quality of the food was always outstanding. My team and I again, want to say a huge thank you to Skcookks for their hard work! Everyone should check out this spot because it really hits home! Oh and the meat pies in the small chops?? AMAZING!!

Used Too Good To Go" app. Purchased a meal that should have been valued at $24. I got a bowl of rice and an egg.The order wasn't even ready when I arrived to pick up. It took them 10 minutes to make this joke."

The food was just okay. I got asun with fries, while my friends got grilled fish and jollof, and poundo and egusi. The egusi was the only dish slightly above average. For drinks, I had Chapman which was above average as well.My asun was pretty much stewed goat and it didn't taste fresh. I didn't like fries but not a lot of places get that right. The grilled fish could've done with more flavor and the jollof wasn't smoky or tasty like most of the reviews said. The egusi on the other hand was a very nice and a good egusi-efo ratio. If I come back here, I'll definitely order that.

Our experience was good. The lady that attended to us was warm and courteous. The food was also very good, Jollof rice, poundo yam and ayamase. The restaurant itself could use a renovation but I understand that comes with finances so I can’t fault them on that. Overall, it was a good experience.

It's my first time trying Nigerian cuisine and I was not disappointed! I had the Pepper Beef and Jollof Rice, and a side dish of Meat Pies. Beef was so tender and seasoned to perfection. The jollof rice to my surprise was smoked and enhanced the flavors. Meat Pies were surrounded by a buttery, flaky pastry that was hard to put down. Do yourself a favor, and come dine here for great tasting food.

2nd time eating here and it was amazing!! Had the Egusi soup with pounded yam (my favourite), pepper soup, fish and jollof rice. Just a heads up, the jollof rice was very smoky on this visit, so you may want for it to be less smoky. They also have Nigerian beers and a nice outdoor patio which makes for a really nice vibe. Would definitely go again!

Pounded yam was hard. Had to send it back. Towards the bottom on the egusi it started to get bitter. Couldn’t eat the rest. There was one piece of shaki and it was burnt, the rest was ponmo mostly bones. The jollof was nice and smoky. No customer service. There’s one guy running around answering the phone, taking orders, cleaning tables. It was a mess, needs better managing. And not one person working on shift.

I order all the time from this restaurant and it seems they’re notorious for getting my orders wrong. They won’t call if anything’s out of stock just simply charge the full amount and then you have to deal with whatever they send you.

Wow, I had the smoked, spicy rice and loved it! It’s one of the most interesting foods in Toronto, so full of personality. Will come back.

Ordered the Peter noodle bowl through Uber eats for $15.99. There was no shredded chicken as the description said and minimal veggies. The order also took over an hour to prepare which is unacceptable for instant noodles. The flavour was subpar as there was also no sauce as shown in the preview photo. This was my first time trying Nigerian" cuisine and it was a huge disappointment
