Booked an appointment for me and my son, they let 4 other people ahead of me, dropping in while I stand there. Don't bother with appointments they're a suggestion and the front desk staff are rude.

Had a hair cut today with Tristam. Explained him everything before the haircut!! Showed him picture and even asked him if he cannot do it let me know but he kept on saying he can do it. Wished i didn't booked with him. Never coming back.

Arrogant girls at the reception. I asked for a male barber and both the girls rolled their eyes and made me feel like I was the bad guy. Didn't go back again. I believe customers should be treated respectfully. I didn't say female barbers were the worst its just that im more comfortable with a male barber.

Made a mistake coming here, I asked for a men's haircut number one on the sides, and this older lady buzzed my hair all the way up to the middle of my head! It looks like I have a mohawk. Now I have to wear a hat for the next two weeks. Thanks

Booked a haircut for my son. Was given a 2:15 time. When we got there they told us the barber cannot use scissors and trim longer hair.

Great haircut! Sadly the price we got charged wasn't correct. The sign says $20 for a kids cut 12 and under. My son is 10. He also got the fade look an extra $5. I got charged $33 and change for a $25 haircut. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she pointed at her little sticky note and it says 1-9 is kids. I informed her they will want to change the sign. Good thing for the little sticky note!! Advertised price is whats shown to the public. It shouldve been given at the advertised price. Not what a sticky note says!!

First time here, got my haircut by Sarah. Super friendly and made sure that everything went smooth! Will for sure be coming back to her for the next haircut and beard trim. Highly recommend this place. Multiple tv’s and can drink while getting a haircut
