Sand Seal Paving & Construction

Contacted this company for paving quote. They did show up but no quote was sent. Reached out again through their online system and asked to send quote by chance it may have went to a wrong email and again no quote was sent and no response. So at this point gave up on this company and no point going any further. Would of been much easier if they didn't want the job just to indicate that up front or reply to last request to send the quote and be upfront. The 2 of 5 review was to give credit for the fact they did show up to see the work that was required. Beyond that I can't say was overly impressed by Sand Seal Paving! I was surprised to see their high ratings when doing research on local companies. Hopefully their communication is not great but workmanship makes up for that.

Working with these guys was a really positive experience. We had a fair amount of patching to do and I'm sure our very steep driveway was a challenge and the weather was not always cooperative. There were no complaints and the crew was cheerful, hard working and very responsive to any questions or comments. The job was very well done and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They did a great job on my Driveway. Were fun to watch as they seem to enjoy the work they were doing. They showed a great eye to details as they curved the driveway to follow my lawn line. Excellent company to work with all employees that you come in contact with are very helpful and professional.

UPDATE: it is now over a year ago that we had the driveway paved by Sand Seal Paving and Construction. I am happy to report that the paving remains solid with no visible fractures, pot holes, or discolouration. This is pretty much exactly what I’d hoped for. Excellent work, with exceptional attention to detail with the edging and alignment with garage entrance and walkways. Beautiful paving of our 100 yd uphill driveway (previously gravel/dirt) completed in half-day of prep and 1 day of paving at a good price. A few communication issues early on but nothing serious.

Sand Seal Paving did an excellent job replacing our asphalt driveway. From our initial contact with Justin, their service was commendable.
