Staff was really friendly, outgoing, accommodating and had really efficient safeguards in place to protect both themselves and the customer during Covid-19 phase. I was really pleased with my interaction with this office, and will return to do business again in the future! I wish all my insurance office experiences (elsewhere) were as pleasant! I own a few vehicles and often flip-flop the insurance on them so I can drive according to season (top down = summer, car = winter). Their agents is super reasonable and accommodating. For a person, who likes to see $ savings, they lay them out clearly, whatever the case is. With other agents, I often feel like they were out to get me, but with Lowey, they are working with me.

I have a large file of personal and commercial vehicles that Lowey has been looking after for a number of years. They have been fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone. I am also please to say IMO they go above and beyond provincial health guidlines to help with the Co-vid spread to protect everyone who comes into the office.

Wonderful to deal with. Kim strongly reccomended new car insurance to me a few years ago. When my car got written off the following year I was covered 100% with no depreciation and no hassle.
