Lauzon Tower Apartments - Skyline Living

The building is in front of a Fire department, constant loud sirens and lots of echo from Lauzon ParkwayApartments have thick, awful Carpets. I begged for no carpets, I was promised no carpet in the living room but the verbal agreement was not honored.Driers don't do their jobs, call Coinomatic...The Gym is in the basement with no windows no natural light.Skyline will laydown many rules. 35 pages of Agreement to sign.Customer Experience is not a priority.

Was better when it was owned by Boardwalk. Still a great building with quiet tenants. But management isn't nearly what it used to be. Very frustrating now.

I'm been here 10yrs....gone through a lot here with change....I feel that skyline is not putting a big effort to get thing done....we r told that this problem will get done this year and it's not done.....promises broken....if I could afford to move I be packed in minutes.....I live in the back by the dumpster area so asked the manager if I could take over the garden and extend it.....a higher up said no, not happy she's not here picking up the trash that I get 3 times a week....we have a miss busy body that talks about people and the stories not true....other problems dealing with dogs mainly large dogs.

Building need new windows . I have towels in between my windows. To stop the draft and the howling from the wind. It's pretty bad when the the howling wakes you up. Been told for the last 4 yrs were getting new window's. Don't see it happening soon .

Ive been living here for 3 years now and every day something is going on in here....not peaceful at all!!! If it not the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night the water is being shut off once a week and always repairing something...i work weird hours and can never get sleep cause its sooo loud all the time. This is not a cheap apartment and i feel if im paying over 900$ a month FOR A 1 BEDROOM i should be able to relax and sleep in my own place. I think its a joke and will probably move if it doesnt change!!!
