Fatima was AMAZING! She was so calm and welcoming, she made me feel comfortable and even shared some of her own stories during my appointment to make me laugh.Very professional!

All front end staff were so friendly. We had to wait a tiny bit but were informed the length of time right away. Definitely will tell people to use them in the future.

I would definitely recommend this place for ultrasound. I had all my ultrasound here throughout pregnancy. Technician were very helpful as they explain everything in detailed way.

My experience was very good. I booked my appointment fairly quickly. Arrived 5 mins before and Kathlene was super positive and within 5 minutes I saw Ruxana for an Ultra sound and she was great. 5 minutes later Gail took my X-ray and she was sweet and had my Xrays done in a couple minutes. Very kind and helpful team It was great not having too wait and receive great service at my alotted time. In and out in 20 minutes.

I’ve been going here since I got pregnant in June. My first appointment I showed up at 7:50am and they told me that my tech had just called in and would not be able to make it. They were going to cancel my appointment until the other technician Katy said she could take me quickly. Katy was fantastic and I’ve continued to request her for the rest of my appointments. She’s always super lovely, explaining things on the screen at the end of my appointment, involving my husband for the last few minutes of the appointment and printing out lots of pictures. I highly recommended this office and Katy.

Booking an appointment is surprisingly easy and super quick! Staff made me feel welcome from the first hello. The ladies at the desk, Carmella and the rest of the beauties, were friendly, professional and informative. When I needed to book something they could not preform, they took their own time to locate me the proper facility and got me in contact with them. Cindy, my ultrasound lady helped me feel comfortable and calm. Thank you so much for making what could have been an awkward appointment go smoothly, and thank you for being kind! You don’t find that everywhere these days!

I usually go here for x-rays and ultrasounds, but I won't anymore.My doctor's office faxed over a requisition for an x-ray yesterday. They called me to confirm receipt of it. I arrived today for an x-ray and they *misplaced* the requisition. Instead of an apology for literally losing my personal and medical information, I got grilled, asking if I was sure it was sent and if I'm sure it was sent to them and if I was sure they called me. Confirmed timing of call and everything.They certainly contacted my doctor to get a new one faxed over, but I'm going to be on the hook for parking costs and the waiting time for this. Just a really crummy interaction.

Had a wonderful experience at Whitby Medical Ultrasound! The reception staff were so friendly and helpful when booking my appointment and the technician was lovely. In addition, the facility is really nice which is a plus! I wish I found this clinic sooner - I’ll be back for my next scans for sure.
