VERY unprofessional clinic, canceled 5 mins before an appt, and was very rude when I questioned Martha about proper notice when canceling an appointment. This is not how a business should be run, nor speak to customers who expect professional services.

Efficient service and friendly staff. It is located in the doctor's office. On the second floor.

Very unprofessional. They take bookings and cancel at the last minute repeatedly. If you are going to offer services, be able to actually offer them. It appears that they started well and now just do not care.

Where do I begin? The lady helping me took my sample from a terrible spot on my arm (I learned this after explaining to a nurse at the Waterford.) The older lady pictured on the website was coming in and out of my room saying to the nurse how she lost an Angela Wh********'s sample, they couldn't seem find it. They were calling out to eachother saying 'It should be right here', etc. She hopped on the computer in the room I was in without even acknowledging me or saying hello. The room I was in was cramped and filled with products and samples everywhere, on the floor. I had to get my urine sample in the public Dominion washroom because theirs was closed due to the virus, which was frustrating as I had to leave and walk back with a bag of urine in my hand. The nurse didn't explain it had to be a mid-stream sample (again, learned this when I went to the Waterford) and also never explained what the wipe in the bag was for. I didn't know it was in the bag until I went to the washroom. An amazing male nurse down at the Waterford explained everything to me. Also when I went to hand the nurse my sample she was already taking blood from someone else so I felt wierd asking questions about my sample, the wipe, etc. My doctor told me after that my sample wasn't large enough to begin with, so I guess it worked out. DO NOT GO HERE. Call the Waterford and they can check every other clinic in the city. I expected to get superior service from a private clinic vs. a government run clinic but that couldn't have been farther from my experience.

Walked in and was done in less than 5 minutes. The staff were super friendly and $25 saves you a lot wait time at a local hospital. Will definitely be my go to place for bloodwork.

You should know that, this lap is private and you will pay for the service. They won't tell you anything about that till the moment you are about to leave. They will surprise you by asking how would you like to pay?""

I had booked an appointment for a house-call for my 90 year old mother. I called twice to confirm as my mother becomes confused and I did not want anything disruptive to happen with the scheduling. I went down to my mothers apartment to be with her when they arrived. The appointment was for 8 am and they called at 8:05 am to say they could not make it. They gave no reason and did not rebook with her. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend due to this experience.

On time, nicely handled, and very professional. With their delivery of the sample to the lab, this was time and money well spent by me.

Professional service. An RN who seemed very experienced. Smooth process. Would go again.
