Worst place ever! Thank God I'm not a client of theirs! Very unprofessional! I only went there in the first place because my recently deceased father was a client for around 30 years and had to deal with estate matters! I had to drop off some legal paperwork in order for everything to be done which I thought was and then almost 2 weeks later I got a phone call asking why a certain policy wasn't canceled and I told them that I dropped off the paperwork 2 weeks ago! They ended up misplacing it! Very unprofessional!

Agent that assisted me w autopac & licence renewal was great. Needed some clarification w autopac, so she called them & did her best to help me. I apologized for taking time past closing but she was very gracious. Liked the helpful attitude & atmosphere so I definitely recommend the place.
