Parts , sale , service are excellent. Bought 2 new atv in the past from RL and always had excellent service. Even soo i bought a use 2020 Honda Foreman 520cc from a private sale they still give me excellent service. They have the best mechanics on site. Gaetan is great and explains everything to you by detail what needs to be done. The rest of the staff are also great. Always had great service since I bought my first atv from RL back in 2002 from Gary .

My boat had an atypical problem and I brought it to RL for service. Yves and his team diagnose and resolve the issues like true professionals. Great communication and customer service. Something that is often lacking in our world today. Highly recommended!

First time buying parts for my sled. The parts desk was easy and pleasant to deal with. The parts arrived quickly and prices were very competitive to the online US store I used to research my part numbers.Update, third trip out to RL for more parts for this used sled. Can't say enough about the friendly and personable parts person, (My apologies to the owner for taking up so much of her time). With all the online options for ordering parts these days, the customer service is worth the drive to me.

Mowing season is apon us and I'm reminded of the incredible service that I received last year. I bought a new lawn tractor from them in 2021.This time last year I did the recommended oil change and shortly thereafter the motor literally blew up.I then went to RL to see what could be done. Even though they did not have to do anything due to the fact that it was 30 days past it's warranty, they covered 2 thirds of the cost of an engine replacement for me.They went above and beyond to help a customer in need and would definitely recommend them to everybody.Thank you to the staff of RL Equipment.

Honestly best buying experience i ever had, i know people say that all the time but there service is a 10/10 their communication is a 10/10 and just their attitude and the way they talk to you is very welcoming, i cannot find anything bad to say about them, even if i tried very hard to find something to complain about i couldn't. Their's still good people in the world and most of them are at RL Equipment located in verner. I will make sure to recommend them to everyone i know!

Excellent service friendly staff. I was hesitant on making a big purchase. It was well over do. This store has alot to offer. The smiles as you walk in are amazing. They treat you right and make the purchase easy from start to finish. Id reccomend RL to anyone that needs any new equipment. I dealt with robin and annik. Super friendly awesome job. Ill be back
