I hated this place..they forget to test many of the testes should have done..they are not pation atvall

Excellent service and staff. I Had a blood test today. The technician May did a amazing job. She’s so kind and professional and I felt no pain at all. I bring my elderly father here too and we have never had any problems.

I was always pleased to having my tests here,They are expert.but today l am deeply thankful to Ms MARJAN with her big heart ,while l had my ECJ test my 15 months baby started to cry he saw me in that condition so was scared.Marjan was a gift of God,she helped us to go though that.

I would rate this place 0 if I could. I’ve been here twice and although desk reception wasn’t the nicest it was fine. I just went in today after calling ahead of time about specific tests I needed to get done. I specifically made sure to ask if they do the tests there and she was being very rushed and confusing over the phone. She kept asking if I had a requisition or “separate papers” which I did. She NEVER specified about a ministry of health form. She also told me to get there early because they have to freeze it. Which why would she say if they did not do these tests? I got to my appointment and left work early just to do as they said. Only to get there and be told they don’t do those tests there. I was going to do one of the tests they did do there. I got into the room and the lady who spoke to me over the phone confronts me and says “I am the one who spoke to you on the phone”. The whole time when I’m explaining what I previously said she kept denying, laughing, and smirking. It was so unprofessional and I let her know that and got up and left without doing my blood test. I have never felt so disrespected. On top of this I call the hospital they tell me to call only for them to tell me that they do not do tests, just like I was telling the staff. She said the labs should do it and send it to them. I told her that the lab refused and even she told me to go to another one. There’s a reason why doctors tell you to go to lifelabs or dynacare.

The girl who took my blood was inexperienced and I felt pain even when she was drawing blood; later on when I got home I felt more pain and upon the removal of the bandage I saw a big bubble-like inflammation and some bruising; I came to realize that she damaged my lymph node and I'm still feeling pain on the inside of my whole arm which extends to my shoulder; I will never go here again, very disappointed.

I had awful encounters with the staff at this location. Last week when I arrived, the receptionist and another person were fighting out loud, creating a hostile and dangerous environment. I felt unsafe and had to step outside, as they were yelling out loud about not delivering the blood tests or something. Not sure what it was but it sounded like they left patient’s blood work unattended for 24 hours. I could be wrong as I had stepped outside the clinic and was hearing this from a distance. Then the staff were gossiping about the incident. I had to step out and come back in. When they finally took my health card, they ran into issues with printing. They had to make me wait and send me to another print shop because apparently the person in charge of receiving requisition forms was unavailable. I waited nearly 40 mins and was the ONLY person at the lab… then the person taking my blood work was giving me unsolicited advice and being nosy, passive aggressively telling me things about my personal health. They are absolutely not allowed to pry into my medical business, yell and create an unsafe environment, and make patients wait because of their lack of care and attention. I will never go to this location and will report them as well.

Not happy with ECG or blood test.The lady did not give me adequate respect - no gown to cover myself - or time to remove clothing she just barged in 10 seconds after telling me to remove my clothing. So unprofessional - quite like a zoo. They don’t make patients feel comfortable. Even if you’re in a rush you should learn how to be respectful and accommodating.

Unprofessional staff, very rude , and the lady that draws out blood was rude, and doesn’t draw out blood properly. Because I am pregnant and had an appointment for an ultrasound for my baby before arriving to this lab , and was told to do some bloodwork’s ASAP same day from my doctor. After my ultrasound it was around 3:40pm so I went to this lab , since they close at 4:30pm.And since it was my first time it took me time to find parking and locate the clinic. I tried calling to inquire for the exact location but no answer. After finding the building I arrived at 4:06pm and was the only one there , the staff looked annoyed as I told them I just came from my ultrasound and was told to do my bloodwork right away. Since I was the only one there and it wasn’t busy , but it seemed like they were bothered , even though they only took some blood out and took like less then 5 mins. The staff didn’t even check my health card or confirmed any information . When tech proceeded she gave a bit of attitude telling me they are about to close even though it wasn’t even 4:30pm yet !!! Never experience this service in my life !! I work at as a medical admin and I never treat patients like this . The tech was so terrible, I never gotten blood drawn out from the outside elbow of my arm. Not even close to the middle of my Arm but outwards to the side of the middle of my arm.

This was my first time coming to this clinic, the lady named Jude at the front desk was polite and helpful. My blood test was done by Dr May, she was very lovely and kind and the whole experience was quick and painless! I would highly recommend this clinic it was fast and easy and staff were great :)

The start time is 8 am but only one staff was there at 8. The rest of them came very late. One person had to receive customers and do blood work at the same time.
