Do not recommend this place. The staff not knowledgeable and not friendly. They have a poor customer service.

Ali Samadi was so helpful, I had lots of questions needing to register my car and getting insurance here in Vancouver, since my car was registered in Alberta, he went beyond providing all useful information, had lots of patience with me, was very professional and friendly. Excellent customer service here !

I have recently visited this location to renew my car insurance. It was a fairly smooth and easy process. I was in and out in 15 mins. Thanks Ali for their swift delivery of the request and professionalism.

They made trouble for my auto insurance. I do not think they are qualified to do this work.Because my poor English, I went to this place and hoped the guy who can speak mandarin could help me renew my auto insurance as last year. but two women there told me he did not work there now and their attitude were not so good.then with a short difficulty communicating,1) they printed the insurance forms out by themselves, pushed me to sign , I refused and wanted to leave, because I still hoped to find a broker who can speak mandarin, but that woman said she asked me if okey to issue out , and I said okey, this is totally lie , she did not ask me about it.2) the amount of money I pay for my new insurance on the paper is more than the woman told me, this means she did not tell me all money items. and all the details.3) I was told that papers once issued out, I am not able to renew insurance in other places because internet, every broker will know it done.4) Then that woman pushed me to sign a cancel form, I puzzled and asked her if I had to pay, she said no.Now that I did not need to pay anything, then I signed my name on cancel form.5) then she took a few papers and asked me to sign, I confused again, she said I had signed the cancel paper and these were what cancel about, then I signed my name on them.Thinking canceled the insurance forms , I could renew my insurance in other place, and I went to Westend , but I was told I had to pay for my new car plate for !8$ and 30$ handling fee, maybe would be new start for my insurance without discounts of my old one.But that broker on 2-885 West Georgia Street did not tell me about these at all, I have to spend more time and money to deal with these problems she made for me!This broker names :Mehrnaozh

Great service and great people. They actually try to find the lowest possible insurance rate for you. I would say they are honest brokers. Highly recommended!

Literally 5 ⭐️’s for SHERRY. I came in 20 mins to close, with 4 things too do. Change address, renew insurance, change plates, and pay fines. She did it all, stayed late and did it with a smile.ICBC SUCKS but she navigated her way through that snake that eats it’s own tale like a pros. She deserves a RAISE!!

Unfortunately, some staff don’t know about the rules and regulations. They are also carless in data entry. What that means to you is that you may be in trouble working with this office. After going there, I spent 10 hours fixing mistake they caused. Management is also passive! I wish I could report them to ICBC account manager!

Sherry!!! She was very helpful and had a really positive energy. I had a complicated question about shipping my car across Canada and renewing my policy and she followed up for me really fast and called back to explain all my options. Exactly what you hope for when dealing with insurance.
