This company started out great. Unfortunately communication and consistency is a problem. The first clean was 2 people for 2 hours ( I was not told about this and received a surprised bill of $160). The second clean was 1 person for 2 hours (which is what I wanted), to my surprise the 3rd clean 2 people showed up again! When I explained I didn't want another surprise bill - NEITHER of the cleaners said they were to only be there for 1 hour (because they were scheduled for 2hours).When an scheduling error was made (see above) the cleaners blamed scheduling and told me they would be back. Then scheduling called me and told me I was wrong, and it was my fault. When asked why they called just to tell me I was wrong/argue with me (instead of trying to re-book), Noelle hung up on me.She then wrote an email and copied many people in the company and said I was being aggressive and yelling"

Save your money or better yet get a five year old to clean your house. Didn’t show up on time, rushed through everything, didn’t clean under the bed, didn’t dust, slopped mop water through the entire house, I could go on. Were they fast, was my house more clean? Marginally, did it cost me $128 bucks for less than 2 hours, yes. So disappointed.
