This club has very un professional coaches and stuff members for example the old lady in their office very rude grumpy and just want to take ur money and that is all , they don't value their players , stupid office hrs , its all jokes here i dont recommend this club to no family .

Horrible customer service. We book before covid and it was cancelled due to covid and then they refused our refund. Over $400 they're with holding from a single mom that works for the community and has supported them for years. All they said was she needed to sell her credits on team snap, which we have no idea what is. They said you can sell them to her Childs team but yet he was never assigned to a team. They continue to deny the refund and refuse to help! Brice refused to call me back multiple times to have a phone conversation, but one woman from the group did reach out and say i wasn't the first to have experience this and she feels bad for the families and believes the money should be refunded. You should be ashamed of your behavior and how you decide to treat community members that support you. I would highly recommend that you NOT use this soccer club!

I put my son in this club and he even wasn't put on a team. I emailed them and they said we couldn't put him on a team. This is the most stupid club ever. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, the pandemic hit hard and new health and safety rules and regulations were put in place. Meaning Eastside Memorial had to change how they delivered their services and/or put a stop to services.Due to this factor of not being able to provide the services in which I signed my child up for I decided let's put it towards the following season as I assumed Eastside Memorial would be having difficulty during this time as well, financially.Unfortunately, here it is next season and Covid is still a very real, ongoing issue. Much in our lives has changed. My child who has done online learning all year does not feel comfortable/safe attending soccer and no longer shows interest. Myself, I still cannot receive the service I originally paid for, for reasons in which I understand.Financially I can not afford to keep my money sitting with them in credits and for personal reasons, I do not have the strength to find a buyer for the credits in which they chose to give me instead of refunding my money, $420.00.Eastside memorial does not support families!

We are very happy with this organization. They’ve come a long way with a lot of improvements. Our experience with the coaching staff has been great and their Soccer program for the Girls is amazing and only getting with amazing opportunities to come. Players first attitude is a bonus! Keep up the great work.

I love the place and it is so good and the staff are great and nice to me when I came to the club it was a very good experience!!

The Soccability program is great! The coaches are very patient and understanding of special needs kiddos.

The place is really getting old. The fields are still maintained very well but in desperate need of renovations.
