I have been looking for an acupuncturist for about the last 9 years I have lived here. I went to one cli ic and had negative results. Then I met the staff a Kenetic living. It's a whole experience with a full consultation/assessment. In addition, if you do any sport at all, this is the place for you.Dr. Kara really listened to what was happening and what I wanted to help repair. I am soo happy that I found this place. They offer massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic services.

I have not been to a chiropractor in nearly 35 years, and Dr. Konrad was patient and very thorough. He has a great bedside manner and explained everything in terms I could understand. The adjustments made a noticeable improvement. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

I was extremely nervous for my first acupuncture appointment as I have a secret fear for needles of any size. I felt more at ease once I was greeted warmly at the door. The common area was bright and comfortable. Once in the room with Dr. Kara, I imagined an hour and a half of prodding. Instead, Dr Kara went through a detailed background of my injury and pin pointed the cause of how it happened in the first place. Every step was explained and nothing was rushed. The actual acupuncture itself wasnt bad at all, adjusted to my experience with the treatment. Followed by more manual therapy and prescribed exercise. I walked out of there feeling like a new man.Highly recommended for anyone who is injured or feeling the aches and pains of daily life.

Beautiful clinic and amazing front-end staff. I spent a good month (maybe more) going over some pain in my shoulder with my chiropractor, Dr. Isaac Konrad. He easily targeted the source of my pain and provided beneficial exercises & proactive measures to keep my healing process moving. I have been going to Kinetic Living for years and it it my one-stop shop for all my therapy needs. Whether I am seeing someone for Chiro, Physio, or Massage Therapy, I know I am always in good hands. The team always goes the extra mile to get to the root of my problem. Their flexible hours are very accommodating and their online booking system is super convenient. The fact that it is such a beautiful clinic, is an added bonus!

I honestly loved coming here. I had the best experience for almost a year until I got Covid and couldn’t come in for my appointment. I had never called in sick in all my time there and when I called to cancel my appointment due to testing positive I was told I could reschedule and did exactly that. What upset me the most was when I came in days later for my rescheduled appointment I was blindsided with an extra charge for canceling my last appointment. The response I got was that too many people abused that reason of canceling due to COVID. Which honestly was understandable but if I was told that when I canceled my appointment I could have provided proof or I think it would have been fair to consider my history of NEVER calling in sick and canceling an appointment. I haven’t been back since and definitely won’t be in the future.

I have been working with Matt for the past eight months and I am more than happy with everything he has done so far to treat my injuries. He is professional, very knowledgeable, listens, pay attention and explain different areas of my injuries. He works with me to identify issues and prescribe the best physical therapy treatments to fit my needs. The front end staff is very professional as well. If you have Matt as your therapist, you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend.
