If I can give negative star to this clinic, I will! First of all I called at 3:48pm and I told to the assistant that I am injured and I need to see the doctor immediately, because my injury occurred early in the morning during my shift and to get report for my work. The assistant said ;you can come now! Come now

I had an appointment but there's no doctor available. Even nurse didn't check me she said don't come close to me. If they have too much problems than why they doing this job. Very irresponsible staff in this clinic. They refused to see me because I was coughing on that time....

Bend a 9 clinics and this lady turns me down. I don't understand working in paying taxes and supposed to have health care available and all of these doctors are useless. Not acceptable this is not how you treat and care for people you're all about the dollar. Do not recommend this clinic as they do not care about the patient just there are 9 to 5 job and the money are getting paid. Thank you I am on to clinic number 10. By the way it was 458 And nobody else in there wasn't that big of a deal to stay 5 minutes later.

I was attended to appropriately. The people there are nice and welcoming. Yaneisi is wonderful physician. My appointments with them as been on time. I would recommend this clinic

I was well taken care of, the doctor was great, the receptionist went above and beyond for me, I felt like they actually cared about my well being

I have had one of the best experiences at this clinic so far. The physician over there, Yany, she is so nice, welcoming and she always ready to help me when I am at the clinic or when I call.

This is the most unprofessional walk in clinic I have been to. Please go elsewhere if you know you need proper attention. Total confusion all around.

I have been attending this clinic for months. My appointments are always on time. When I go there I am treated with care, compassion and respect. I not only see how I am treated but how others are treated by Yaneisy, the medical assistant who is there doing everything, she goes above and beyond to help patients as best as she can and has to juggle so much all at once . Yaneisy does so much for others, she does her best to get the patients what they need as fast as she can and does so with love, care, respect, compassion and so much humanity. Yaneisy truly has so much passion for helping others and making a positive difference in peoples lives. I feel seen and cared for in this clinic.

Went in with a lung infection waited 45 minutes in the lobby just to be told by the extremely rude lady working the desk named Yaneisy that they don’t have time for me. Gave her all of my information and she told me a doctor will be calling me to do an over the phone consultation the following day at 3pm. Did not receive a phone call so I went in person and showed up at 4 only to have Yaneisy at the front desk threaten to call police after I simply asked why nobody has contacted me. Ended up having to go to emerge as she wasted important valuable time and delayed me getting treatment. I now have permanent irreparable lung damage due to her negligence and will be seeking legal action. DO NOT waste your time going here.
