Ordered combo and received no drink. Sandwich was so hard it was inedible. $15 and all I was able to eat was the poutine. Very frustrating.

Sat at the order window for a while until my son got restless and started screaming, no one even said hello to us. Was pitiful service ended up leaving.. not happy I was looking forward to some chicken. Would not suggest this establishment if you value speedy service.

Loving their hot and crispy fried chicken! It is not really hot, just right! The only thing is the way they cooked the chicken is a hit or missed. We order the same thing everytime and we notice that they are not consistent, there are days where the batter is too floury and thick and taste wierd, soem.days are.too greasy and not fresh and some daya are really great! So maybe it depends on who is the cook and the time you order it. So far, not too bad.

If I could give half a star I would, just like my half pieces of chicken.We ordered an 8 piece double bucket deal . Perhaps I missed the fine print, but when they say 8 pieces I expected 8 full pieces of chicken. I can't believe I'm saying this but 2 of our 8 pieces were actually one whole breast cut in half. The remaining pieces , I couldn't tell you what part of the chicken they are , as they are so tiny. It's hard to imagine a chicken with a thigh or side as small as these. That's even ignoring how incredibly soggy the batter on these were (I would get past that if I had gotten 8 full pieces that I paid for). I know I'm complaining about just chicken, but this should be considered stealing lol.For what we paid, this is absolutely not good enough. The sauce packet is for size reference.

Normally I would rate higher but the older lady that works there was smoking outside and I went in at the same time as her and she definitely didn't have time to wash her hands before going straight back to cooking

Its never been a good experience at this place but today we had to wait 25 minutes in drive through for 4 pieces chicken. I thought they will make fresh batch but the 4 legs i got were from 4 different batch and they were all soggy. 2 of them were really undercooked. And i dont wanna say anything for cx service because even after checking this review they don’t give a hack. So atleast dont serve bad food with bad customer service.

Bucket chicken was not fresh and had many small pieces. It was a take-out order. So, if you want to take out, I suggest checking the order once before you leave the store.Also, the order taker was too rude.

My children love KFC. Chicken tastes same as back home in Nigeria. Staff friendly but they have no special offers for birthdays. Invited my daughter and her friends there and they liked the food. Great and friendly staff
