Drivers do not read instructions for which door to use. Drivers also like to leave packages in a way that people can’t open their door. Packages regularly arrive severely damage. Customer service reps talk down to you and don’t listen. They don't take accountability. All around bad training on the company’s part.

Polite and faster than any other service. Only Service that does not make you wait all day and gives you an accurate email about when there coming, first rate every time. Definitely my first choice!

The driver was genuinely concerned about leaving the package outside in the rain at gate. I missed his call. When I returned his call he answered and returned to make the delivery still on time! Much appropriated.

I have never had an issue in over 40 delivery's with this service. I just want to say thanks for the AWESOME and PERFECT delivery's!! The delivery drivers are always polite and ON TIME. THANK YOU!!

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but services has really gone down hill and it’s getting frustrating . Packages saying they were delivered when they weren’t, proof of delivery being a screen shot of my phone number. What proof is that? Emails saying you tried to deliver and will come back later, which I know is not true. Other packages saying they were “undeliverable”. Why? You deliver here all the time.This is all in 1 week.You used to be really good, something changed over the last couple months. Might want to change it back.
