Becarefull doing business with this guy !!!Good morning, this may be about business ethics instead of product. Last couple days I have been talking with Brian Marshall, regards to Dean's 2002 Ford Thunderbird. The selling price was $18,000 certified, we negotiated by text back and forth to a number of 16,500. I then came out from Mississauga to London and looked at the car realized flaws in the Chrome and paint and offered $15,000. Brian came back and held firm at the 16,500 and said he already gave me $1,500 discount. I then offered $15,500 and ask for him to contact Dean if he can work with me at this price. Brian came back held for him at the 16,500. The same night Brian Marshall went online and reduced it to selling price of $17,000. I then text him back and said thank you for the $500 discount instead of the $1,500 without response from Dean. I'm okay not purchasing this car I just want you to know how Brian Marshall handles people thank you

Purchased a van at a great price and waited a few months before posting to make sure everything went well. Looking back it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Most importantly very honest and professional. Would buy from the again without question.

My Godfather bought a new to him conversion van, he is very happy. I have to say the customer service has been amazing, Hilary has gone above and beyond, she took the time to answer all of our questions, took pictures, emailed videos….. she even came for our first outing, coming to the care home to meet us just after 7AM on a Saturday!! On delivery day, Glen came to assist Hilary at the care home when we were trying to figure out the best way for my Godfather to be positioned, it tuned out that the passenger seat had to be removed until he gets another wheelchair , he even brought the seat inside for me! There was an issue with the door that they took care of right away.The respect and dignity they gave him as a recent amputee, new to the world of accessible transportation, and the hope for independence this van offered is invaluable.We are very impressed with this company, and their caring employee’s. Hilary and Glen are very suited for their positions! A HUGE thank you!Sincerely grateful God daughters Sandy and Ann!

Although we like the van, we were unhappy with the delivery and after sale service is non-existent. Felt pressured to complete the purchase without the opportunity to check the vehicle. Would have expected it would pass a e- test but it wouldn't due to the fact that the check engine light was on.

Bad bad conversation before you buy from them look for the pictures

Had to wait a bit longer than expected for delivery of my vehicle. Other than that I have no problem recommending this place

I have many many customers that use power chairs and other mobility devices. Goldline is great for customizing vehicles to accommodate that equipment. Great staff too~

It's a bit of a read, but well worth your time.On May 20, 2022, my wife picked up my MV-1 before we went on our holiday and paid the invoice to get our vehicle released. The total was $1920 to purchase and install the pin (Just the pin) in my new Invacare chair.I showed the technician (Dean) where I needed to sit in relation to the dash and he said 'Yep, we got it.' They wanted the chair back the next day with the truck for the installation. When I got the truck and chair back, the chair was tilted way back so as to not hit the dashboard with the display screen for the chair controls, and the seat cushion was a mere 4 from the dash. There was no way for me to be in the chair with the chair locked in. They took some measurements this time and asked for the chair and truck the next day to move the pin.When I asked why it was so close the first time
