Grand Catering catered for our wedding on May 15, 2022. Jacky and his team were super easy to work with. Jacky is very knowledgeable of the wants and needs of his clients and recommended the most culturally appropriate items for the menu. The food was delicious and our family and friends could not be happier to be served such well-prepared Chinese food.Jacky is also very hands-on and took the initiative to help us speak with guests and work with our other vendors (e.g., photographers).I highly recommend them for your catering needs!

The food quality and presentation were excellent and Jacky was extremely accommodating to a variety of our guest’s dietary needs including gluten-free, seafood, and vegetarian options. His staff made sure that we were well fed during the reception. Some of our guests still rave about the food months later! Jacky and his team worked well with the venue, taking care of both the large and small details, and were quick with communication. We would highly recommend them to any couple who are getting married and wanted a Chinese menu for their wedding, as they cater to many venues in the GTA.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible wedding caterer. Absolutely abhorrent with their customer service. They dropped the ball. Made promises on what our menu and it's cost would be like, only to sneak in extras here and there multiple times.Miserable experience working with Jacky and his assistant. While i know there are not many options for Chinese wedding caterers, i truly wished western wedding venues would pick another company to work with.

Chicken is good and tasty. Grilled piglet is mediocre...too salty.

We had Jackie and his staff cater our wedding on February 22, 2020. The food was absolutely amazing and the service even better. Our venue wasn't the greatest and the day had started very bumpy, the venue had really dropped the ball to be honest but Jackie's team really made our night special. Cindy the head waiter was super attentive, she really did an amazing job making our stressful day better. Catering staff was quick and all spoke English and were able to answer our guests questions. We had a 10 course Chinese menu and the food was delicious, we didn't get a chance to try every course during the night of but Cindy made sure to pack up the extras for us and even made sure to prepare ginger ale for us to toast with our guests. We will definitely cater with Jackie again in the future and highly recommend him and his staff. Thank you Cindy for making our day!

Grand Catering catered our wedding on September 4th, 2021, after having 2 other family members have weddings catered by Grand Catering. We had 150 guests. They did an AMAZING job and several of our guests stated it was the best wedding food they have ever had, with one guest even saying it may have been on of the best meals of her life! This is a huge compliment coming from a big, asian family with high food standards. Jacky was very kind on our first meeting and Allen was an absolute pleasure to work with. Allen was VERY organized and timely with his e-mail responses. We are so happy with our experience and would most certainly recommend them to anyone looking to host a big wedding!

Delicious and reasonably priced Chinese food. They used to do catering only exclusively but they are currently offering smaller portion take out as well. The staff is really friendly. For take out they only take cash and e-transfer and it is better to call ahead to order.

Had them for our wedding. Jackie was awesome. It was at a venue we're went even sure would work for a traditional Chinese 10 course meal but Jackie went to check it out the very next day of our conversation. He was very prompt at figuring out the logistic and we were very impressed how they pulled a mobile kitchen in a location that wasn't designed for it. The whole experience was very stress free. The servers were amazing and took care of everything. All of our guests who had diet restriction we're over the moon with the substitution they got. Most of our guests had never been to a 10 course Chinese affair and to this day, years later, keep raving about the food and service.

Tried take out dishes today, delicious and reasonably priced, my favorite is 梅子鴨and 鹽焗雞.
