Our four season cottage had a tricky installation due to tall trees and needed to be positioned high up on the building. Brodie, our installer, arrived at the agreed upon time and set to work. He had our satellite dish in place in short order considering the work involved. He walked us through set up ensuring everything was working as expected. Just a seamless process with perfect results. We highly recommend Brodie and Northern Wifi if you need help with a challenging project.

Brodie communicated with me from the beginning when I was looking for someone to install our Starlink. He always replied to voice mails and e-mails promptly. Even though Brodie didn't need to do the install himself, he provided us with excellent customer service with questions we had during the install we did ourselves. You could not ask for a more helpful and knowledgeable person than Brodie. Northern Wifi has answered all our questions related to Starlink and our specific set up for our house and cottage. We are so thankful that Brodie has come out numerous times to configure and reconfigure our unique setup. He was always there to problem solve and devise a solution. If you are in a rural out of the way location Northern Wifi is hands down the way to go!

The installers were right on time and carefully explained everything to me. They gave me three choices for a location. They installed the Starlink dish on the fascia so that the new roof wasn’t compromised. They made sure I could use my printers, tv and internet phone before they left. A few adjustments were made and everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend Northern Wifi to install your Starlink system.

We hired them to permanently mount our new Starlink to the house. The technician, Brody, arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. After discussing the options we had a plan and we were off to the races! Brody did a great job; clean install with wires hidden as much as possible. Speed test afterwards was 192 mbps download and 18.2 mbps upload!Highly recommend and would use Northern Wifi again!

Brodie installed my Starlink. He did a great job finding the correct place to mount to provided a tidy job of bringing the cables into the house. He was awesome to deal with, and I'd highly recommend Northern WiFi for your Starlink intallation or other home network needs.
