Matt is awesome to deal with. Friendly, professional, always willing to help wherever possible. Rory is great to deal with as well, always willing to do whatever possible to meet customers needs. They should be commended and recognized for great customer service.

Tried to book a full bag fitting twice and was basically talked out if it by Peter. I was given many excuses and also made to feel like I was a waste of time.Booked two hours with Niagara Golf Warehouse and had an amazing experience, top quality customer service and walked out with a brand new full set of irons, driver and fairway woods!!!I am not sure why golftown tried to discourage me but Niagara golf Warehouse now has a customer for life!!!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever encountered at Golf Town. Peter welcomed us into the store as soon as we walked in and helped me out with sizing & spec. Of clubs. Very knowledgeable, friendly & easy going. Highly recommend & will definitely be returning if I’m in the St. Catherine’s area again!

Great experience! Purchased a new club online but when delivered there was damage to the grip. Brought into the store, lady behind the counter was excellent brought it to the back for the gentleman from the shop to take a look. He put a new grip on for me and I could use the club that night. Thank you much !

Ordered online. Noticed the shipping address was incorrect. Sent an email and no response for 24 hours. No phone number to call. Now it’s deliver to the wrong address. Nightmare fuel. Avoid like the plague. Only use golftown in store.
