After several attempts to speak with bell about a new contract and being redirected and hung up on several times, I went to Telus. Bell was brutal for customer service.

We had the most positive experience we’ve ever had dealing with Joshua Zimmerman at the Bell store in The Center. He made sure we were fully informed of all our options. We didn’t purchase a new device. We were looking to switch our cell numbers from Alberta to a Saskatoon. Joshua was so good at presenting our best options and didn’t try selling us more than we needed. Oh, and I forgot to mention, it was on the busiest day of the year….Black Friday! I highly recommend shopping at this Bell location if you want to receive outstanding service.

Spoke with Courtney about an issue I was having with my Z Fold 4, She was incredibly helpful and assisted me in resolving my issue when it seemed like samsung would not. Highly recommend anyone that is looking for good customer service to Courtney and this Bell location.

The store is smaller so if others are in the store, you may have to wait to get in - the lady helping me was great @ had lots of knowledge about the packages and phones I was interested in - they have lots on display - the lady informed me of offers that I didn't know were availableGreat service!

Just added a new phone line with them with a $50 connection fee . The dealer said the connection fee will be waived after received first month bill by calling bell. I called them several times, and was told it can not be waived. Either the dealer or Bell customer services were lying. It is a waste of time to argue with them for the connection fee. Be aware!!!
