Serious problem with the customer service, especially on the phone.The sales associate gave me wrong information and they never took responsibility for it.I have wasted my time visiting their store with this wrong information given, and all they say is don't remember". And then asked me if I had any recordings of our phone conversation to prove that I was given this wrong information.I would advise future customers to make sure you document everything about your purchase and/or customer service to avoid this in the future.The worst customer experience i have ever had."

Best rice cooker. Made in Korea. Nothing can go wrong. Korean is serious about cooking rice. One thing I have learned from a friendly staff is that Korean will not wash rice using the inner pot of the rice cooker as it will damage the coating on the cooking surface and therefore shorten the life span of the rick cooker. Excellent advice!

The rice cooker broke down, and the store was very enthusiastic to help me repair it. The service was very good.

They never take a phone call (no way to contact them). They never got me back after I left voice and text messages several times for 2 weeks. What even worse is when I visited this store to get accessory there were two young men (owner or employee, whatever) in the store. I asked questions about some products, they just said go to our website". That's it! What a terrible customer service they are offering! I flet like they were annoyed with my visiting. That was the worst unkindness/unfriendliness I ever had. I imagine that their bad attitude is because there is no rival company to beat them out."

The products are great. Own a rice cooker from them and just recently bought frying pans. The service...is alright. Had a questionable experience recently with the clerk not even being at the front desk and having to call them on the phone to come out...but maybe this is just during COVID so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt! Still would recommend their products though and this is one of the only locations to get them outside of Galleria and other Korean supermarkets

I went there for new rice cooker because old one gets broken. They explain each model with details and recommendations. Kind staff and great price.

Worst of the worst customer service business place in Toronto. Even if the order is delayed, there is no contact. Even if I ask the reason,they just say THEY WILL CONTACT me and do not ask for an order number or contact information. They say that it would be better to come and pick up myself who requested delivery with an online order.

I love Cuckoo's quality products. I recently purchased a rice cooker and a water purifier from here. Staffs are kind and knowledgeable.

I bought new Cuckoo water purifier and paid $1500 plus tax, $1,695. When we try to install the purifier, water drip out from one of water switch. How can water drip from new machine??? So we call the Toronto store, he first said was we were notified that it’s used one. What?!!! Paying full price for used one?And then he changed his story to he doesn’t remember and maybe accidentally sold used one so bring it over he will give me full refund.This is clearly scamming! but I ask what if I keep it anyways, how much can you give me discount since it is used. Nothing! He will give me extra filters but no discount what so ever! Wow! I bought 3 massage chairs and referred two my friend to buy more massage chairs and this is what I get. I am done with them. So watch out when you buy something from there it might be brand new. You may get used one or returned item without knowing.
