Villa Latella

Very nice clean quite building. Very well organized. The only thing is there is no gym or swimming pool but you have covered parking with car wash amenities in the parking.

I like my apparement on the 10 Th floor, meant to stay few years , Am in it since July 2018, was first tenant on the floor,but unfortunately , the Landlord has no compassion for seniors and even I believe for Nobody of his tenants. He has No nice manners to talk and listen to people.Due to five years clause in the lease, he raised my rent by 185 $ (12.8%), which is very abusive, as even said by the Rental board ,Laval I talked too .I met with Mr Latella to discuss the raise., he told me that he could decrease it by $50 only, I said ok and that I.ll get back to him within few days. When I did to tell him that Am agreeing, he denied that he ever told me this, and he came with the excuse that my parking space is next to a walking ally and more spacious .He has not been honest and fair with me.A lot of tenants are unhappy of abusive raisesin rents and his attitude. I have learned that 20 apartments in the building am in are going to be vacated.

Mr. Latella does not return calls. Do not bother to make complaints because there are no call backs. The concierges are rude and unprofessional. Do not have any delivery of packages to your building because ppl easily break or steal your packages and it will be all your problem or fault and again administration's and concierges do absolutely nothing to help you but to tell you ,To bad for you ".There is nothing they do to rectify issue's. Lots of dirty area's in the building. Not safe to drive in or out of indoor parking. The unit is nice but everything else is so disgustingly unprofessional and unsafe. Very sad."

Got very disappointed of the rental administration and the old man was very rude in his speech.he just told me on my face go stay there where you are with kids ...because I was really interested in renting one of their unit .but they just told me no kids .they don’t like young families .just seniors .

Clean and well made appartments.

We moved here in October 2020. Lovely apartment. In the spring when we opened the doors and windows the noise is unbearable. People race on the street and the construction across the street that is not going to end anytime soon make it impossible for me to talk to students on the phone. We found a new apartment and are going to sublet. We found management impossible to deal with. They are very discriminatory, breaking all kinds of laws. If you have children avoid this place as they will only let you live on the first floor! Actually avoid it all together. No amenities, and the owner is a jerk. And I hope you have a small dog as you have to carry them everywhere in the building. Avoid at all costs not worth the money!

Very nice place, quiet and clean, good service for any problems, very nice owner and personnel to office, I stayed for 5 years and I loved it!I highly recommended for any friends or good people , the neighbors are very sharp selected, then a lot of frustration.
