Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto

Sabrina and Billy made our stay so enjoyable! They were a wealth of information. The location was absolutely perfect walking distance for a play, a hockey game, the Hockey Hall of Fame and CN Tower. We could even see the tower from our 26th floor room. Valet was also quick and convenient.

Sabrina was really helpful. We had to make a change to our reservation that was book through another website. They were very accommodating and were able to do it for us with no hassle. The hotel is very clean and nice. Highly recommend

It was my first time staying at the Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan this past weekend and it was a very nice stay. Its maybe a 5-10 min walk to The Eatons Centre and tons of other stores, shops, and restaurants. We noticed that there were about maybe 6-8 rooms/suites per floor (which I thought was odd given the size of the building) but they also have condos too, so maybe that's why? We had some nice views of the city and the furniture was comfortable. We also opted for the valet service moreso due to convenience, but if you'd rather, there are considerably cheaper parking areas near the hotel. I found some using the indigo parking website.

This place and the staff went were excellent during a crowded time in Toronto for a tradeshow. The front desk staff and manager were very very helpful, and the Wildfire Restaurant went out of their way to accommodate us too. The rooms have kitchens too, which was appreciated. Great value in downtown Toronto.

I first came here a year ago and I’ve been to a lot of hotels in the country, even two other executive cosmopolitan in Vancouver area, my favorite one is this one in Toronto. The rooms are very cool they almost all have balconies and it’s clean, fully equipped even laundry machine so you can really feel like you’re at home. But also very impressed of how certain front desk employees are caring, patient and understandable, i would also highlight Leo for his productivity and professionalism. Sabrina is the sweetest and has a very cool vibe and Christian in night time is very kind and helpful. And the best part about the 3 people I mentioned is that they are the ones that are mostly full time and they are all on a different shift… Leo in the morning Sabrina in the pm and Christian night time so whatever the time is, your sure to be in good hands! Security guard is also very nice !

Not the best. Not the worst. Room is much smaller than the images appear on the website.Bathroom wasn't the cleanest.Bed wasn't very comfortable.Our room was on the 16th floor and I could hear the many phone conversations/ people talking/traffic all night long.Balcony" advertised on the website was 1 foot wide.Entrance location is very strange especially with construction happening.No parking available anywhere near hotel

Nice view, well decorated, professional staff, full kitchen and in room laundry, central AC with thermostat. It's like having all the comfort of your home at your favorite vacation spot.

What an excellent hotel from the front desk gentleman Leo to everyone that works there. Mani was an awesome valet. The accommodations were wonderful! It was like a small apartment with a separate living room and kitchen. My son slept on the pull out couch which he said was very comfortable! Our bedroom had a very comfortable bed also. The location could not have been more perfect! We walked everywhere! We went to a Blue Jays game which only took about a 20 minute walk and St Lawrence market was only a 10 minute walk. Many great restaurants and shopping near buy. The hockey hall of fame is a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel over anywhere else in the city! We will definitely come back!

Amazing space, great location! Parking is expensive but you can park across the street for $25 for in and out privileges. Rooms are cool but the beds are not great. Too soft... Ours was broken. They restituated us but even the new room had a really soft mattress. Staff and management are amazing. Check it out for sure.
