First time going here and ordered a trio and the employee puts chicken the same amount of 1 chicken wing. Asked him to put a little bit more and he proceeds to say “how much you pay”. Thought he was joking and a replied by saying just a fair amount. He smiles and wraps the sandwich and gave it to me. I essentially paid for vegetable wrap. This employee just made me make up my mind next time I decide to go there and that is a no go now. Heard good things about this place but had a bad experience first and last time going here.

I ordered samosa and I don’t know what I received but it was definitely nothing like samosa. It was a big empanada and it’s so big. If you can’t make regular samosa, don’t offer it as an option because you’re stealing when people are expecting something and you give completely something different

Great service with a smile great shawarma. My wife and I dropped in for a meal before flying back to Vancouver. We couldn't get over the good taste and size of the portions. They also special packed a meal to take onboard. I pity the other passengers when we open the garlic laden meal at 35 thousand feet somewhere over Saskatchewan. Mmmm! I can hardly wait, even though I am still full from lunch.

So I ordered a family platter and I told them to take out the rice and potatoes out and I wanted them to replace it for more beef and Chicken but they didn’t do it. So I called them and asked why there wasn’t more meat, (there was less meat than a regular platter too) and I talked to the manager and he started insulting me for not knowing that they wouldn’t replace the rice and potatoes for something else. He wouldn’t even let me finish talking. Anyway all I want to say is that the manager is disrespectful and has no humility. I hope they choose better management in the future. So I paid $70 FOR SALAD!!!

Excellent Shawarma place, the best in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. Food tasted great, much better than the other places in the same area. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Never have to wait long for my order, and always tastes good. I really enjoy getting food from here, highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy really good shawarma.

Ordered tonight for the first time, the service was amazing! The staff are so friendly! It really seems like they enjoy their jobs. It’s nice to see! Now the food… oh my gosh… it was amazing! I don’t know what the complaints are regarding portion sizes. They’re more than generous with everything. That poutine was bomb! I didn’t realize it was made with the garlic potatoes. I don’t know if a normal poutine will stack up to that! Thank you so much to your wonderful team!

Very disappointed. We got the platter for 4-6 persons...beef was so dry we could not eat it. I took pictures of any one is interested.

This place is greatThe shawarma is the best in Ottawa Gatineau.I order from there a LOT.recently there was a slight error. I called them and they instantly fixed it to my total satisfaction.Great place!
