I love my family doctor here, she's amazing! But receptionists, they'll leave you on hold for up to an hour, forget about you, then you gotta call back to wait again, when you wait they'll get on the phone like can you wait" without you responding back

I am not giving any sort of stars to the services given by this clinic. Ever since my family doctor move to this clinic, everything slows down in communication. They need to add more people at the reception to assist phone call. I was on hold multiple times and still no apologies for putting you on hold longer than usual. Time to go somewhere else. Definitely pure dissapointment. Train your receptionist to be a people person. !

Dr. Maninder Singh is very professional & caring. He went all details about my issue and dealt professionally. I am very satisfied with his service. The receptionist are generally welcome and prompt as well. Keep it going!

I'm a patient of Dr. Barcan's whom I adore, it is a shame she left her previous clinic as it was much better run. I have been calling since 9am since the phone lines have been open and cannot talk to anyone to change my in-clinic appointment to a telehealth appointment. Now I will more than likely be charge for a no show because I have covid so in-clinic is not possible and they will not answer the phone.I was also to receive a referral form but have not received them and it's been a WEEK.Update:I cannot believe I had to call the PHARMACY to get a message to the clinic that is absolutely atrocious!!

This clinic has been very frustrating to deal with. I was a patient of Dr Barcan at her last location and I truly miss those MOA’s. I had an appointment with Dr. Barcan and was supposed to receive my referral afterwards. I did not so I called at 1130am to let them know I needed it ASAP and to email it over. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until close today and still received nothing. This is time sensitive. If I have an appointment over the phone then I should be receiving my referral requisition immediately after the appointment. Do not recommend.

Went as a walk in in march, saw Dr Singh who was actually great. He gave me 4 wk medication and told me he was taking new patients, just to fill out the form and leave with reception (which i did) then he told me he wanted to see me after the 4 week period when i finish my medication. Now its 4 weeks, i find out nothing happened with my paperwork, they wont let me book with Dr. Singh as hes only taking registered patients (i assumed i was one), and no more walk ins?! How am i meant to fix my health problem when he personally asked me to come back and see him to evaluate my progress? Why did i fill out the form to join when they now tell me its got nothing to do with them its up to burnaby division and i have to register through them? Now i have to try 'walk in' to another place which can take weeks to try get help whilst my health is deteriorating? Would love for Dr. Singh to reach out as he seemed like he wanted to really help me but now im just thrown to the scrap heap. I get the overall system is not good but this practice has misled alot of people by advertising 'accepting new patients' for weeks then saying the form is useless, its not up to them.

Integrated Wellness Medical Clinic is the best Clinic in the lower mainland in my opinion. Dr. Garg is a fabulous doctor and I am so happy she allowed me to become one of her patient's. This clinic is prompt, caring and honest with all their patients. I would recommend her to all my friends, neighbors and family.

Dr. Rasool is absolutely amazing, he is the best family physician that I could hope for, but making an appointment through front desk can be very difficult and time consuming.Edited: please tell me, how come the answering machine says that the office is now closed for lunch from 1-2, when I’m calling at 12:30???? I had an urgent questing for my doctor but we will now have to go to the hospital instead

***Please avoid Dr. Garg at all cost ***She is extremely rude and doesn't listen. Every time I visited she made me feel like she was being put out by having to address my concerns.As my family doctor she never picked up the phone call and I would rather choose a walk-in clinic.
