First of all, the studio is AMAZING. Mallory was a JOY to move with, I highly recommend her classes. She was full of expression, never left me w/no clue - as a first time participant I had no idea what to expect. Really fun, challenging, and spirited class. I will be back!

Secret physique studio is my 2nd home! The community is really friendly and fun and I get so much out of the different classes that are offered. Barre is my absolute favorite class. I’ve built so much strength, flexibility and toning through this class and the variations offered over the years. I love that the instructors are so knowledgeable in the practice and help you with the correct form and with any modifications to continuously develop where you are at, and where you want to get.

This month starts my fourth year at Secret Physique. Not having done much of anything in fitness for about 6 years, I was a little nervous starting. Not only have I never had a bad class, but I have experienced amazing results (3xs/week). Kudos to owner Jenny for running such a professional business. The concept works, and the classes -- taught by caring, knowledgeable instructors -- are effective! Last week I took a Pound class for the first time. It was fabulous. I remain excited about what is to come!

Barre class is my favorite workout! Love the tiny movements, but working all of the muscles. Secret Physique is my go to, Jenny is amazing and only hires the best of the best for instructors! Everyone should try this studio and any of their amazing classes!

I have been going to Secret Physique since it was located in Quincy! Now it’s in Braintree and the new studio is so nice. It’s my favorite workout, it’s challenging but fun and all the instructors are great! They even offer virtual sessions which is a nice bonus.

Best barre studio by far! Music is so motivating, instructors will guide you and show you if you need adjustments, the atmosphere is so genuine and nice, beautiful studio & competitive prices! Highly recommend!!!
