Tony's Shoe Repair

Tony fixed my blown out Tony Lama cowboy boots for $50! And quickly! Shined them up nicely also. My family has been going to Tony for shoe repair forever. Really over 40 years. If he can't fix them it's time to replace.

So helpful. Helped me design my cosmetic boot repair. The staff was more aware and inturned with what with work with the design. I was so impressed!

Terrible experience. Rediculously over priced and not consistant whatsoever in quality OR pricing. Had work done previously..it came out uneven and AWFUL looking, had to have them redo it which they reluctantly did after arguing with me. Just went to take in the exact same job 6 months later on a different item and was quoted 60% more than the first time! When I asked what that was about, they claimed that's always been the price regardless of the fact I still had my prior receipt. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration of unprofessionalism and go elsewhere.

Prompt quality repairs. Store is not easy to see from the road but worth finding. Parking is behind the building. I have used for heel tip replacements and sole repair. I will continue to use this store for all my shoe repairs. I am getting ready to take a purse there for repair as well. It also has a small retail area. I have not taken the time to check it out yet.

Brought in my Red Wing boots to have new soles put in and after two days they started falling off. Had to bring them back three separate times to get it done right and each time the soles were worse than before. Was also not very pleased with the attitude I received from the lady at the counter when I brought them in each time, as if me being there was an inconvenience to her...wouldn't have to be there if they were done right, hun. ​I find it a shame to write this review as I have heard many great things about Tony's. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to make things right, but now I really wish I hadn't wasted my time and money here.

This shoe repair business will do a solid job on soles that need replacement and repair. This is not a fancy place, but if you need basic shoe repair and want to stay local, don't let the humble nature of the shop turn you away. This is a long-established business with a customer base that returns. If you need more complicated repairs, you may want to consult them first to ensure they are able to do the job.

Honestly i was shocked when I saw others reviews of Tony's. I feel they game me excellent service at a great price. Had my purse strap on my coach purse repaired for $10 and they totally rebuilt my husband's strap on his briefcase for $20. Very nice people. I would recommend calling before your head over just to make sure they are open. Sometimes they close early and just put a sign on the door when they have to go to the Dr. I highly recommend this shop.

People were very nice however it was way overpriced and the quality was not there. Got my work shoes resoled three weeks later the soles fell off.

My husband brought 2 pairs of my heels here to get recovered. And they did nothing to my shoes. They still look the same. I do not recommend them at all.. total rip off.

A charming little place with a well-mannered staff, but the prices are high and quality is lacking. For $70 a pair they resoled my Red Wing shoes: despite the fact that they advertise Red Wing repairs my new soles were cheap aftermarket alternatives, and barely six months later the soles are falling off! More: when I collected my shoes they had thrown away my insoles (without asking) and then offered to sell me replacements.
