they are not doing a good job of answering the phone

I was told by moores not to go here because their rentals are polyester and not wool, however being less expensive I went to check them out anyways. Not only are their rentals actually 100% wool but they are less expensive. If you're looking for good quality but less expensive black and Lee is the place to go. And the staff there is a lot more friendly.

Fantastic service. My only complaint is that their rental suits are all classic fits, they do slim fitting tuxedos rental And they sell slim fitting suits but you can't rent a slim fit suit.. i feel like the classic suits are outdated and they should get some new styles. But other than that the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Ended up being the best price, especially for the just vest/tie/pants combo. But didn't seem too organized, as after I told them I didn't need shirts, they told my groomsmen that shirts were included. I called to confirm that they weren't included, then one of them came with a shirt anyway.

They have strange hours of operation that don't correspond to what's listed on Google, but to be fair I haven't even made it into the store yet because they were closed today so take this rating for what it is.

Poor service. Tried to rent there for my wedding but the salesperson was very disinterested. I ended up at a local gem Capitol City Tuxedo".Other than easy parking I'd give them a miss."

This place is horrible they screwed up my suit for my wedding. The jacket was way to big which was never tailored and also my pants were way to big waist wise and length. I was promised that it all would fit so that i would not have to get it fixed. The day of my wedding which is march 13th and i had to walk down the aisle with staples in my pants because they were way to long and not fitted for me after i was told it would be. I called the next day and talked to the manger there and she got a hold of the district manger and he was not willing to help me or even do anything to make it better. Dont not go to this place please go to moores or some were else. I regret coming here this place is a big joke.

Don't trust them, they will screw up your order.
