I had Alan O'Rourke Construction take out a small wall in my kitchen, insert a beam to redistribute the load as well as have their electrician do some rewiring. I was so grateful that Alan and his team were willing to do a small job in this exploding market! Plus they were super easy to work with - they took into consideration my work schedule and got the work done without me having to take time off to meet them. Their admin staff were also super helpful - invoicing me quickly, making payment easy and getting me the info I needed for my strata. They were quick, efficient and trustworthy. Would totally recommend them!

We loved working with Alan and his team and highly recommend him. We renovated our main floor including kitchen, bathroom and living room and took down one wall. We're thrilled with the results. Alan ORourke was lead contractor for our major home renovation in North Saanich. The reno included new kitchen, walkin pantry, ensuite bathroom, walkin closet, office, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, tiling, HVAC, vinyl floor and painting throughout. Alan and his team did my home improvement project in 2020. The project finished in time and within the budget. The project included restructuring the house, bath rooms, bed rooms, luandry room, floor, windown, doors, painting, lighting, electrical, plumbing, balcony rebuilt, new rail, back yard patio. It was complex project. It was done well. Over past more than one year since I moved in, there has been no issues on the quality of the work.
