It's small and there are absolutely no sale or clearance items. Selection wasn't huge either. However, customer service was fantastic, non-pressuring and extremely kind.

WOW! I had the most incredible experience last week. the manager Jamie and sales associate Lyndsay really went the extra mile for me. I am battling cancer right now and needed a gift for my husband's birthday. I called the store to ask if they had a specific shirt. They quickly volunteered to help me over the phone and i picked out a few items from the website. Jamie then personally delivered these gifts right to my door later that afternoon. It was even wrapped up very pretty. Then to my total amazement he presented ME with a small gift bag with a handwritten note of encouragement and a very lovely candle. I was blown away by their professionalism and profound generosity. My husband loves his new shirts and loves the story about how incredibly nice these people were to me. This kindness will always be remembered! THANK YOU

Great Customer Service,I purchased an Island Zone camp shirt from the Oakville location in late May. Unfortunately I packed on some extra pounds this summer in Cape Breton enjoying all the festivals and now require a larger shirt for my daughter's wedding in October down under". After contacting the Oakville store I was advised to return it since I had not worn it yet and they would simply exchange it for the larger size. I will admit I was a little nervous since I no longer had the receipt however a few days later I received a replacement shirt! Thank you Marcella

The manager and all the staff have raised the bar when it comes to unmatch high customer service. They go above and beyond to see that their customers are more than satisfied. They will order in any item that they do not have in stock or that they do not have in your size etc.They will have any piece of clothing ordered and delivered directly to you or to the store whichever is more convenient for you.Tommy Bahama clothing is high quality.

Great experience - friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to shop, clothes are fantastic, a little bit of stretch so the comfort is top notch. I am sold on TB being my summer go to company.

The staff have raised the bar so high on customer service, They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of, without being in your space when looking around. Love the quality of the clothing that lasts forever. Very pleasant shopping experience in a beautiful enviroment.

Easily one of my favorite mens clothing stores in Oakville. The best time to go is around the end of the year when they have the “Huladay” gifts and clothes, but we were able to find some great linen shirts during the summer. I just wish they bring back the beach towels.
